Service Description
Marriage and relationship counselling, specifically tailored for couples who are navigating conflicts and various challenges within their relationship. In our time together, we will begin to identify specific problem areas that may be causing distress, while also delving into the deeper root issues that contribute to these challenges. My ultimate goal is to guide you towards healing, restoration, and personal growth as a couple. As part of our process, we collaboratively develop a comprehensive plan that outlines how to implement new strategies into your everyday life. This plan will focus on relationship-building techniques, fostering healthy communication styles, and providing ongoing support, especially during crisis situations. I firmly believe that with the right tools and support, you can work towards building a stronger and more resilient marriage/relationship —one where both parties can work together harmoniously and support each other through various seasons of life.
Cancellation Policy
At Healing Hurting Hearts Counselling, full payment is required before your session unless prior arrangements are made. At the point of booking a 50% non refundable deposit must be made. You can reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours in advance. A 50% fee applies for changes made between 24 and 48 hours, while cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours incur full charge. We are open to discussing extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please be advised that the remainder of your deposit must be paid 48 hours before our session. Please note there are NO refunds for services that have already been provided. Cancellations in accordance with my cancellation policy will be refunded (less credit card processing fee via Stripe) and can take up to 7 working days to process. Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded.
